Responsibilities
- Grab peoples attention walking outside and bring them into Big Bowls
- Escort guests inside, show them the menu
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure they are being taken care of during the whole interaction
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their overall experience
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with seating arrangements and guest flow management
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around comfortably for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A positive attitude and eagerness to create memorable guest experiences
