Our store and processes are unique, and we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, adapt, and confidently guide customers through our services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and providing helpful tips and solutions along the way.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand our store’s unique processes and procedures
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Guide new customers through our process and offer helpful tips and recommendations
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
