Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions through effective relationship management.
- Conduct thorough fraud prevention and detection measures to protect both the institution and customers.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash management, cashiering, and basic math calculations related to debits and credits.
- Utilize financial software for transaction processing and record keeping, maintaining accuracy in all financial dealings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to compliance regulations in all banking operations.
- Provide support in customer service inquiries, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in banking is preferred.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management with the ability to build rapport with members.
- Basic math proficiency is essential for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience in cash handling, cashiering, and understanding of retail math concepts.
- Proficient in using financial software and capable of 10-key typing for efficient data entry.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
