We are hiring a* Wok Cook and a Oven Baking Cook* to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food using wok, oven, and other kitchen equipment
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and restaurant standards
- Prepare ingredients before and during service
- Keep the cooking station clean, organized, and stocked
- Make sure food is cooked properly and served in a timely manner
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Help with kitchen prep and cleaning when needed
- Communicate with kitchen staff and work as a team
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
- Wok cooking experience is a plus
- Oven baking or roasting experience is a plus
- Able to work in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
- Able to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies when needed
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
