Service Commission
Under $5,000 monthly personal service sales: $16/hour guarantee
$5,000-$6,999: 20% commission
$7,000-$8,999: 21% commission
$9,000-$10,999: 22% commission
$11,000-$12,999: 23% commission
$13,000-$14,999: 24% commission
$15,000+: 25% commission
You always receive your hourly wages OR your earned service commission - whichever is higher. Tips are always additional and 100% yours.
Production & Growth Expectations
Starting target: 15-20 Brazilian clients/week
Healthy: 20-25/week
Strong performer: 25-30/week
Excellent: 30+ clients/week with approximately a $65-$70+ average ticket
We want someone who is motivated to build repeat clientele, rebook customers and naturally increase their average ticket through appropriate services and add-ons.
Example of Earning Potential
A strong Sugarista performing approximately:
30 clients/week × $70 average ticket
can generate approximately:
$9,100/month in personal service sales
At this production level:
22% commission ≈ $2,002/month
If clients average approximately 20% tips:
Tips ≈ $1,820/month
Potential total gross earnings ≈ $3,822/month
for a 20-hour-per-week position.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Florida licensed/registered beauty professional
- Professional, warm, dependable and client-focused
- Comfortable performing both male and female Brazilian services
- Comfortable with intimate body-hair removal services
- Motivated to rebook clients and develop long-term relationships
- Interested in growing personal production and income
- Excellent at making clients feel comfortable and welcome
Commission is calculated on collected service revenue personally performed by the employee, after discounts and refunds, excluding tips, taxes, retail and gift-card sales.
