Vista Ridge Senior Care is looking for compassionate, service-minded individuals to join our Dietary Team. As a Dietary Aide / Server, you'll do more than serve meals—you'll help create meaningful dining experiences that bring comfort, dignity, and joy to our residents.
What You'll Do
- Serve meals with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support kitchen operations and work closely with team members
What We're Looking For
- Food service, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
