Proper Painting is hiring experienced professional painters ready to step into a leadership role and grow with our team.
We are not a typical painting company—we focus on craftsmanship, accountability, and delivering high-quality residential and commercial work across Bucks and Montgomery County.
What We’re Looking For
- 18+ months professional interior/exterior painting experience
- Experience in residential and/or commercial painting
- Strong work ethic: reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with ladders, scaffolding, and physical work
Required Skills
- Interior & exterior painting
- Surface prep: sanding, scraping, caulking, priming
- Brush, roll, and spray application
- Drywall repair (preferred)
- Lift experience (preferred)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (non-restricted)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Able to pass a background check
Work Area
Projects are located throughout Bucks & Montgomery County, PA (residential + commercial).
