Job Summary (Essential Functions)
Provide bag, cart and range services to members and guests.
Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities)
Opening Shift
Carts, Staging and Bag Room before Play
1. Brings carts from cart barn to cart staging area outside golf shop as described by Supervisor and as needed. Checks carts for cleanliness, that there are (2) towels in each cart, tees, scorecard, pencil and divot mix containers are full.
2. Loads bags from bag storage room onto carts.
3. Stages pull carts for use as needed.
4. Assist Director of Outside Operations with Member Services.
Carts, Staging and Bag Room after Play
1. Cleans all clubs for members and guests; cleans and maintains the club’s rental
equipment
2. Removes bags from carts and returns bags to assigned rack in bag storage
room.
3. Removes all trash from cart. Removes soiled towels from carts.
4. Washes cart with pressure cleaner, including tire wells and under carriage.
5. Checks carts for abuse/damage.
6. Adds (2) towels, pencils, score cards, and tees.
7. Parks cart in shelter and connects charger cable.
8. Advises pro shop of lost and found clubs.
9. Wash and Dry green golf cart towels as needed.
Bag Drop
1. Download RING doorbell app.
2. Drop off and pick up Member and Guest golf bags when informed via notification.
Review Driving Range Set-Up
1. Hitting area defined. Check for forward rope and rear rope alignment.
2. Make sure 10 hitting areas are set. 3 paces between each bag stand.
3. Make sure each bag stand has (1) alignment stick.
4. Review bench location, behind and centered with the 10 stalls.
5. Review trashcan, club cleaner, and range clock location.
Golf Balls
1. Golf Balls and Stacker located on Driving Range in Ball Box, Bring Key to unlock.
2. Stack (1) pyramid/Barrel per hitting area, 10 total.
3. Set up Range Yardage sign. Measure and Laser each target and adjust on sign daily.
4. Refill Range Ball box.
5. Set-up (1) barrel of golf balls around the putting green.
5. Review pyramids/barrels and re-stock as needed throughout shift
6. Operates tractor and ball picker on range to retrieve balls.
7. Washes range balls as needed and replenishes Ball Bin.
8. Set up Short Game area with (3) barrels of Golf Balls.
9. Clean Short game area regularly and replenish ball supply.
Closing Shift

1. Relocate hitting area for next day's use. Check for forward rope and rear rope alignment.
2. Make sure 10 hitting areas are set. 3 paces between each bag stand.
3. Make sure each bag stand has (1) alignment stick.
4. Review bench location, behind and centered with the 10 stalls.
5. Review trashcan, club cleaner, and range clock location.
6. Remove all golf balls from Driving Range and lock in Ball Bin along with Stacker.
7. Remove golf balls from Short Game area and lock in Cart Barn.
Additional Duties/Information
1. Maintains cleanliness of and order in bag storage room.
2. Brings trash to dumpsters as needed.
3. Attends staff meetings.
4. Performs other appropriate tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
5. Members are to be addressed by Mr/Mrs and their last name. (Not by First Name)
6. Tobacco is not to be used in front of any member.
7. Playing golf at Hawk Pointe is a privilege. Playing must be approved by the Head Professional in advance. Playing in allowed on weekdays only.

Director of Outside Operations and Professional Staff.
Supervises
No supervisory duties are included in this position.

-Ability to provide effective written instructions, as well as to retrieve information from technical sources
-Ability to provide and receive verbal instructions using two-way radio
