Full Job Description
Purposes Recovery is a Detox/Residential treatment center located in the West Los Angeles area. We provide an interdisciplinary therapeutic drug rehab designed to address the root causes of addiction.
Purposes Recovery is a private adult treatment center providing fully tailored detox and residential treatment for substance use disorders and mild to moderate co-occurring mental health concerns.
Nurse (LVN) Responsibilities:
- Conducting intakes for Detox and Residential Treatment
- Coordinating care with our doctor, therapists, counselors, and other nurses
- Overseeing self-administration of medications
- Medication management
- Conducting detox assessments and vital signs
- Client care during detox and residential treatment
Nurse (LVN) Qualifications:
- Active CA LVN license
- Maintain current CPR & First Aid Certification
- One year experience in detox/addiction preferred but not required
- Able to pass background check
- Drug screening clearance
- Computer literacy, proficiency in typing required. Knowledge of Kipu is a plus.
