Site Lead- Retail
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.

Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.

Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.

Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.

Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.

This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.

Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.

Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
Pay Rate: 22.90/hr
