Remote Lead Generation Specialists. This is a fully remote, commission-based 1099 independent contractor position focusing entirely on outbound prospecting. Your goal is to identify potential clients, spark initial interest in our services, and transfer warm leads to our internal closing team.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting: Source and identify individuals or businesses that actively need our company's primary services.
Outbound Marketing: Deploy your own independent outreach strategies across social media channels, cold calling, and local or digital networking.
Lead Qualification: Deliver basic pitches and explain service advantages to ensure the buyer has genuine interest.
Warm Hand-Off: Seamlessly patch in or transfer qualified, interested clients directly to our internal sales closing team to finalize contracts.
Financial, Tax, and Promotion Structure
1099 Contractor Status: You operate as a self-employed professional and are not a traditional W-2 employee.
Tax Responsibility: The company does not withhold taxes from your earnings; you handle your own income and self-employment taxes.
Commission-Only: There is no base hourly salary. Compensation is earned exclusively through high-incentive commission payouts when a lead you source officially closes a deal.
Operational Expenses: You are responsible for your own remote equipment, including your smartphone, stable internet connection, and any chosen marketing tools.
Performance Promotion Track: Consistent lead conversions automatically qualify you for review by our executive team for advanced internal roles and leadership placement.
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
