Maintenance Technician
Overview
Holiday Inn Express is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician to help manage the general maintenance and curb appeal of the hotel. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands-on and helping out wherever needed. Must be able to do total renovation of rooms and assist housekeeping when needed. Only experience person need to apply.
Responsibilities
- Ensure requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
- Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- A minimum of 3 year of related experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A general knowledge of plumbing is desired.
- A general knowledge of electrical is desired.
- A general knowledge of electrical wiring and repair is desired.
- A general knowledge of HVAC is desired.
- May include installing and servicing air conditioning units and heating units.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
