MADabolic Bend Trainer
Athletic. Strong. Knowledgeable. Charismatic. BADASS.
These are a few adjectives that describe a MADabolic trainer.
Trainers at MAD are known for being the best in the industry. Rather than yelling motivational phrases into a microphone, you provide 1:1 movement correction. Instead of cheering on clients to get one more rep, you teach them to move with proper form and lift heavy.
