Oregon Neurology is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our well-established, physician-owned outpatient neurology practice in Springfield, Oregon.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic neurological conditions.
- Perform comprehensive neurological assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with neurologists.
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests.
- Manage follow-up visits and ongoing neurological care.
- Educate patients and families regarding neurological disorders and treatment plans.
- Document patient encounters accurately within the EMR.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical education as needed.
QualificationsRequired
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- National NP Certification
- Minimum 5 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
- Neurology experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Preferred
- Prior outpatient neurology experience
- Experience managing neurological disorders such as:
- Headaches & Migraines
- Epilepsy
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Parkinson's Disease
- Neuromuscular Disorders
- Stroke Follow-up
- Memory Disorders
