Toddler Assistant Teacher
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Caterpillar International Academy – Sandy Springs, GA
About the Role:
Caterpillar International Academy is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys supporting young learners, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment at all times
- Support and advance children’s physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development
- Provide positive guidance and help children build independence and confidence
- Build positive partnerships with families through respectful and effective communication
- Support Lead Teachers with implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities
- Respond promptly and appropriately to children’s individual needs
- Maintain a professional, positive, and committed attitude
- Work collaboratively with the full teaching team to ensure an effective daily program

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
