Title: Demand Planner

Location: Remote – Offices in New Hampshire and Canada
We are currently working with a rapidly growing, family-owned food company in New Hampshire to fill a Demand Planner role. This is a key role in ensuring accurate demand forecasting and inventory alignment for their United States Operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams in running the S&OP process. Position Description:
- Maintain a monthly forecast and drive the demand planning process.
- Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues.
- Lead and participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
- Participate in the financial budgeting process.
- Work closely with Sales team on promotional forecasting.
Background Required:
- Highly energetic individual with at least 2-4 years finished goods forecasting / demand planning experience.
- Experience working in protein-based foods is a plus, but any CPG experience is strongly preferred.
- Comfort level leveraging statistical forecasting applications and Excel to drive the forecasting process.
- Proven track record of success in similar role.
