This is a full time position utilizing QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online to maintain financial information for multiple clients. The desired applicant will have:
- QB Desktop and/or QB Online experience.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable experience.
- Account reconciliation experience.
- Payroll processing experience.
- Payroll tax experience.
- Accounting data entry knowledge for multiple business industries.
- Income Tax preparation experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written skills is a must.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
