JOB JOB SUMMARY:
The Clark County Water Reclamation District is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Utility People Operations Senior Analyst (Organizational Development) position. This position will be primarily responsible for:

Documenting competency gaps, analyzing and addressing knowledge gaps; Aligning training and development strategies; Designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training and development initiatives.

Assessing organizational training needs; consulting with management on learning program goals, issues and trends in strategic planning; developing partnerships with staff and external organizations; designing comprehensive training and development programs to address skill gaps and enhance performance.

Conducting employee surveys, assisting in recommending strategies to improve knowledge, moral and engagement activities; Participating in workforce planning, including identifying skill gaps and talent development opportunities; Supporting succession planning efforts.

Developing and implementing tiered leadership development programs aligned with strategic goals; Coordinating activities and developing a communication plan for learning activities and maximizing impact.

Facilitation - training and development opportunities in leadership, communication, team building, conflict management and other behavioral based training topics.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, human resources or related discipline.

Four (4) years of full-time professional experience in human resources or functional area related to specific job assignment.

Full-time professional experience in a related field may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis, up to a maximum of two (2) years.
Licenses/Certifications:
-
Specified positions may require possession of a valid Nevada Class C driver's license at time of appointment.

Professional certification in the areas of assignment desired.
Background Investigation:

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation. Additional background investigations may be conducted periodically after employment.
