We are seeking a Full time Admissions Coordinator to initiate and facilitate the pre-admission and admission process. Per Diem positions also available
The job is in-person onsite at our Saratoga Campus in Saratoga Springs NY.
Job highlights:
· Day and evening shifts (Sat/Sun: 830am-7pm; Tues/Wed 11am-8pm )
· collect all the demographic, medical, clinical, and financial information necessary to make level of care decisions
· data entry
· negotiate financial arrangements for patient out of pocket expenses

Qualifications:
- A.S. or A.A.S. degree in a business or health related discipline from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, data entry, documentation and insurance benefit confirmation.
- Ability to effectively triage and manage crisis, emergency requests and referrals; strong computer and data entry skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse groups are required.
Starting hourly rate: $18.50/hr plus additional compensation for BA/BS degree
