GOVERNMENT JOB: COMPUTER OPERATOR
USDA, AMS, COTTON & WAREHOUSE PROGRAM
FLORENCE, SC
Applications will be accepted for a seasonal Computer Operator, (GS-0332-4), $17.88 per hour, August 17 – August 24, 2026, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Florence Classing Office, 1725 Otis Way, Florence, SC 29501.
Minimum qualifications are High School diploma or GED and 1-year general office experience or business school; or 3 months of computer training or computer experience. Proof of education or training required.
Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and must be able to provide proof of identification (REAL ID, Social Security Card) and education. Veteran’s preference will be applied as appropriate. DD-214 (Member 4 copy) and/or VA letter required for applicable Veteran preference. If you are a male born after Dec. 31, 1959, and are at least 18 years of age, civil service employment law (5 U.S.C.3328) requires that you must be registered with the Selective Service System, unless you meet certain exemptions (proof of registration and/ or exemption required).
