What You'll Do
- Guide creators through the entire onboarding journey, from recruitment live streams on TikTok to becoming fully activated creators within the Blu Pro platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creators moving through the recruitment funnel.
- Process incoming creator applications through TikTok Backstage and internal systems.
- Work alongside recruiters during live recruitment events to review and process applications in real time.
- Conduct creator trials when required and help creators complete agency requirements.
- Communicate with creators through TikTok DMs, email, Discord, and other communication channels.
- Answer creator questions regarding onboarding requirements, agency benefits, and next steps.
- Follow up with creators who have incomplete applications or onboarding tasks.
- Maintain accurate creator records and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure creators successfully transition from TikTok applicant to active blu creator.
- Escalate technical issues or creator concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Report directly to the Head of Operations and maintain regular communication regarding onboarding performance and creator activation goals.
- Attend one weekly team meeting and be available during core hours between 11 AM and 3 PM Central Time.
Who You Are
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.
- Comfortable speaking with creators through TikTok DMs, email, Discord, and live interactions.
- Comfortable participating in live streams (camera participation is not required).
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and applications simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and capable of accurately tracking creator progress.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where creators are being onboarded in real time.
- Able to learn new platforms and systems quickly.
- Located in a Central or Mountain Time Zone region (Utah or similar preferred) for easy team communication and event support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using TikTok, TikTok LIVE, or TikTok Backstage.
- Experience in onboarding, customer support, customer success, community management, or creator support.
- Experience working with influencers, content creators, or social media communities.
- Familiarity with Discord, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Understanding of creator monetization and the live streaming industry.
