Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications for clients or internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry and filing systems using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Assist with office management tasks including filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies to support daily operations.
- Support front desk duties by greeting visitors, managing phone etiquette, and directing calls efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members on administrative projects like bookkeeping, office organization, and technical troubleshooting to enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is advantageous but not required.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy through proofreading and data verification.

Pay: $23.99 - $28.90 per hour
