-
Provide estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid/special needs planning, and business formation services.
-
Review pre-collected intake documents and conduct thorough client meetings.
-
Deliver practical, personalized legal strategies supported by a dedicated back‑office team.
Why attorneys partner with us
-
No marketing—ever; we handle all client acquisition, intake, and scheduling.
-
Turnkey back office that dramatically cuts non‑billable time.
-
Ready-to-engage clients who have completed intake and are prepared to move forward.
-
Flexible, remote work that fits around your existing practice and caseload.
Ideal attorney
-
Active bar license in good standing; multi-state licensure preferred.
-
3+ years of estate planning experience, including Medicaid asset protection.
-
Comfortable managing cases independently and conducting virtual consultations.
-
Tax planning, business formation, and special needs planning experience are a plus; bilingual ability is valued.
