What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support a team of production employees, making sure work is safe, on time, and meets quality standards
- Plan daily work, adjust staffing as needed, and solve production or equipment issues quickly
- Coach employees, manage performance, and handle scheduling, attendance, and training
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong understanding of production processes and continuous improvement methods (lean)
- Comfortable managing teams, solving problems, and working on the production floor
