American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) with at least 1 year of experience and fluoroscopy skills for a 13-week assignment at an acute care neurosurgery outpatient clinic in Hagerstown, MD.

Outpatient acute care setting within a neurosurgery and spine specialty clinic
-
General X-Ray department with 1 procedure room; no floating required
-
Fluoroscopy-guided spinal intervention procedures including lumbar epidural injections, cervical injections, and standard AP/lateral views
-
Average of 15–20 scans/studies per day
-
C-arm procedures are a primary component of daily work
-
GE equipment used in the department
-
Epic EMR in use
-
Monday–Friday day shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
-
No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements
-
Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience

Active MD state license required (must be in hand at time of consideration)

Current BLS (AHA) certification required
-
ARRT (R) certification required
-
Fluoroscopy experience required
-
License required if applicable

Perform fluoroscopy-guided spinal intervention procedures including lumbar epidural and cervical injections, as well as standard radiographic imaging

No radiologist on-site; no IV starts required

Departmental orientation will be provided; details to be confirmed

Scrubs required

Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel assignment

Candidates who have previously worked at any WVU Medicine facility must have taken a minimum 2-year break before being considered; cumulative travel experience at WVU facilities cannot exceed one year before a 2-year break is required

Two supervisor and peer references required for consideration, including a supervisor reference from any permanent facility worked within the last 12 months

Driver's license and copies of all certifications required for consideration
