Bartender – Neighborhood Bar in Everett

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and experienced Bartender to join our team at our neighborhood bar in Everett. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled at creating a welcoming environment, and able to balance great customer service with attention to detail behind the bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience
- Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently, following standard recipes and company guidelines
- Offer table service and check in with guests to anticipate their needs
- Handle all aspects of cash handling, including opening and closing tills and balancing the drawer at the end of the shift
- Operate our Toast POS system to process transactions and manage tabs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including daily cleaning tasks and restocking supplies
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and bar service standards
- Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems preferred
- Proven ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 21+ with a valid MAST permit and food handler’s card
$17.13/hour plus great tips!
