Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Contracted Clinician to join our growing team. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to build a caseload that fits your availability while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
The clinician will primarily conduct behavioral health and substance use assessments, complete intake evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide individual counseling services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral health and substance use intake assessments.
- Complete biopsychosocial evaluations and other required clinical documentation.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and Medicaid-compliant documentation.
- Coordinate care with case managers, peer support professionals, probation/parole officers, and other community providers as appropriate.
- Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain ethical and professional clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active Colorado license or license eligibility (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, MFTC, or equivalent preferred).
- Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders is preferred.
- Comfortable working with individuals experiencing homelessness and those reentering the community after incarceration.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
