Job description:
We are looking for an exceptional Front Office Coordinator that would be responsible for:
- Keeping the guest experience fantastic
- Greeting patients and answering phone calls
- Assisting with organizing the schedule and patient records/information
- Keeping the flow of the office sustainable with guest experience
- Communicates with patients regarding finances
- Document and communicate with insurance plans
Desired skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferred but not required, at least 1 year experience in the dental field
- High school diploma or GED
