Brooklyn GC hiring a registered Construction Superintendent for a new building project. You'll be the CS of record, run the site day to day, keep the safety log, handle daily inspections, coordinate subs on site, and report directly to ownership. Steady work, small company, no layers between you and the decision makers.
Requirements: Active NYC DOB Construction Superintendent registration, SST 62-Hour Supervisor card, OSHA 30.
Preferred: Experience on NYC new building projects, ability to read plans and sequence trades, Spanish a plus.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
