About the Role
RNG Consulting partners with AT&T inside larger retailers. We help customers find the best wireless and internet solutions while building a high-energy sales culture. No experience? No problem — we offer a hands-on training program that teaches you everything you need to know from day one.

Pay & Benefits
- W2, uncapped earnings
- Commission: $60 per wireless line + $125–$165 per internet plan (before bonuses)
- Weekly pay; most new reps earn $1k–$1.5k/week after training
