PlumbRite – Omaha, NE
PlumbRite is looking for a motivated and experienced Drain & Excavation Sales Manager to lead our drain cleaning and excavation sales team.
We are looking for someone who understands both the technical and sales sides of the drain industry and can coach a team to provide excellent service, build strong options, create value, and close more opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and coach drain technicians and excavation salespeople
- Teach and enforce the PlumbRite sales process
- Coach technicians on discovery, building options, creating customer value, presenting solutions, and closing
- Track sales, conversion rates, average tickets, turnovers, and department performance
- Conduct ride-a longs,
- role-playing, and sales training
- Hold team members accountable to company standards and goals
- Work closely with dispatch, operations, and leadership
Qualifications
- Drain cleaning experience required
- Knowledge of cable machines, jetters, sewer cameras, and basic plumbing
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using CRM and field-service software
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and money-motivated
- Works well in a team environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
