```Duties```
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food industry is required
- Knowledge of TOAST POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
