We are looking for an Operator to run and maintain an SMT production line. This is a full-time position with a set work schedule from Monday to Friday. Employees are expected to arrive on time and complete their scheduled shifts.
As an Operator, your daily responsibilities will include the following tasks: switching out materials on the line, verifying that the correct materials are loaded into the machines, performing routine checks at various stages of the line to ensure compliance and quality, and scanning material movements to maintain accurate inventory records. No Prior SMT work experience is required.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic Computer Literacy.
Attention to Detail.
Ability to stand for short to long periods of time.
Preferred Skills:
Electronics & Manufacturing Familiarity.
General Technical Experience.
Soldering.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
