Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

About the Role:
- Inspect and measure parts, raw materials, components, and assemblies according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Record inspection data and maintain accurate documentation.
- Maintain and calibrate measuring tools and instruments.
- Verify job router paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Support packing and shipping processes as needed (limited authority).
- Assist in vendor selection, evaluation, and audits (limited authority).
- Participate in the verification of completed Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Perform and maintain equipment calibration and maintenance (full authority).
- Conduct inspections and limited testing of materials and products.
- Identify and report non-conforming products and assist in corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), especially Liquid Penetrant.
- Background in Oil & Gas or valve manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Sound judgment and initiative in quality-related decisions.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately.
