Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency
- Execute specialized floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and maintaining tile surfaces to uphold quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly in accordance with health guidelines
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventorying supplies, restocking amenities, and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Support janitorial responsibilities by handling waste disposal, cleaning windows, and performing routine custodial duties to keep the environment safe and welcoming
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; hotel or custodial experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation protocols and floor care methods
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with laundry procedures and equipment operation
- Experience with carpet cleaning tools and methods is a plus
- Prior housekeeping management or supervisory experience is advantageous but not required
