Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and EXPERIENCED Motor Grader Operator to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a Caterpillar grader with UTS machine control to finish subgrade, dump & spread base material, and finish base on highway, airport and parking lot projects throughout Central Florida. You will be required to supervise a small crew consisting of a loader operator and roller operator/laborer.

Responsibilities
- PRECISION GRADING - Operate motor grader with precision to grade surfaces according to project specifications using UTS machine control.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate tasks, including base material delivery.
- Read and interpret construction plans to execute work accurately.
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols and conducting hazard assessments regularly.
- Document daily activities, including work completed and any issues encountered during shifts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating motor grader. MUST HAVE FINISH GRADE EXPERIENCE.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely on construction sites while maintaining high productivity levels.
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,100.00 per week
