We are looking for a part-time/full-time Sales Supervisor to join our San Francisco, CA location!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide information about features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in high end fashion sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour
