Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and address client inquiries or concerns
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various procedures
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatments, and medications
- Process payments and handle financial transactions
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
Qualifications:
-Willing to train the right person with no experience
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is welcomed
- Knowledge of animal husbandry, pet care, and basic veterinary procedures
- Familiarity with dog training, kennel operations, and equine care is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle animals safely and with compassion
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques for maintaining a clean and sterile environment
