Warehouse Associate / Delivery Assistant
Location: Doral, FL
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
About the Position
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Delivery Assistant to join our growing cargo and logistics team in Doral. This role involves warehouse operations, shipment handling, inventory management, and occasional delivery support. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Able to pass a background check with TSA
- Have a valid drivers license
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming cargo and shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock management
- Use computers and warehouse software to enter and update shipment information
- Support local deliveries and pickups as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, cargo, logistics, or delivery experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems
- Fluent Spanish required; English proficiency preferred as a second language
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
