Role Summary:
Lead critical infrastructure and data center projects, managing thermal, power, battery, and monitoring solutions from pre-sales through commissioning. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure project success, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and customers.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Track project financials and maintain profitability.
- Communicate project updates and resolve issues promptly.
- Support project execution using Oracle, Smartsheet, and Power BI.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
- Travel 25–30% as required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical contracting; data center or critical infrastructure experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- PMP certification and knowledge of engineering/manufacturing processes are preferred.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
