What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site leadership and/or emergency personnel.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or hazards that may require attention.

Monitor access to restricted and sensitive areas, verify credentials when required, and support visitor and contractor processing in accordance with site protocols.

Assist with routine security-related duties such as monitoring alarms, observing camera activity, supporting after-hours access requests, and/or providing directions and general assistance to people on site.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR certification is preferred.

The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
