About the Role
Sirius Controls is hiring a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Delaware Basin. This is a high-impact, field-based sales role focused on growing market share, developing key relationships, and delivering technical solutions to oil & gas producers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a sales territory in the Delaware Basin (SE New Mexico)
- Identify, target, and close new business with oil & gas operators and service companies
- Build relationships with production engineers, field operations, and procurement teams
- Conduct site visits, gather technical requirements, and recommend solutions
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → quoting → closing → post-sale support
- Maintain pipeline and activity in CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications (Keywords for Search Optimization)
- 5+ years of outside sales / field sales experience
- Experience in oil & gas, industrial equipment, pumps, chemical injection, or instrumentation preferred
- Knowledge of production operations, artificial lift, or oilfield chemicals is a plus
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Mechanically inclined with ability to explain technical solutions
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Self-starter with strong time management and territory planning skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $120,000

- Monday–Friday schedule
- Travel within the Delaware Basin region
- Valid Driver’s License required
