Midtown NYC Dental Specialty Practice - Seeking an exceptional person to join our team.
Dental specialty practice looking for experienced, personable, and confident assistant to join our team. Practice focuses on Prosthodontics/restorative dentistry. Position is full time, no nights or weekends. Excellent salary with paid days off. If you take pride in your work and care about the well being of your patients, this is the office for you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all materials are stocked and ready.
- Assist the dentist during patient examinations and procedures.
- Assist the dentist with examinations and procedures needed.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience required
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Thursday 8 am -5:30 pm / Friday 8am -4pm
