Limitless Solutions is hiring solo CDL-A company drivers who are ready to run consistent OTR miles. Choose between $0.65-$0.75 CPM or 30% of gross, based on your experience, driving record, and final carrier review.
This is a 1099 position for drivers who can stay out for 2-3 weeks at a time and want strong mileage potential, late-model equipment, and direct support.

Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 24 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience
- Able to run nationwide OTR Dry Van freight
- Willing to stay out for 2-3 weeks at a time; 3 weeks is preferred
- Driving record should be as clean as possible
- No DUI or major violations
- Must meet the carrier’s safety and insurance requirements
SAP and other borderline record issues are reviewed case by case.
Pay
Drivers can choose between:
- $0.65-$0.75 CPM, based on experience and driving record
- 30% of gross
At 3,000-3,500 miles, estimated CPM earnings are approximately $1,900-$2,600 per week.
Final pay terms are confirmed after the carrier reviews the driver’s experience and record.
Home Time and Orientation
- Stay out for 2-3 weeks; 3 weeks is preferred
- Typically 3-5 days home after each OTR cycle
- Orientation is held in Chicago, Illinois
- Orientation takes several hours after arrival
- Transportation and hotel are fully paid by the carrier
Costs and Deductions
- Refundable escrow: $250 per week for 10 weeks, up to $2,500 total
- Occupational insurance: $50 per week
