Job Description:
As a Sewer Sales Advisor, your main responsibility will be to engage with residential customers, evaluate their plumbing needs, and offer customized solutions to improve, repair, or replace their plumbing system. You will be key in fostering strong customer relationships and contributing to the growth of our company's revenue.
Main Duties:
- Customer Consultation: Conduct detailed assessments and discussions with clients at their homes to better understand their plumbing and drainage needs.
- Product Expertise: Keep up-to-date with the latest plumbing innovations and solutions, while guiding clients on the advantages of repair versus replacement.
- Tailored Proposals: Develop personalized plumbing proposals that match customer preferences and budget considerations.
- Effective Presentations: Present compelling and clear explanations to clients about the benefits of different plumbing systems and services.
- Accurate Pricing & Assistance: Provide precise quotes, discuss financing alternatives, and support customers in making well-informed decisions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Sales Performance: Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales goals and revenue targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution while meeting quality and timeline expectations.
- Recordkeeping: Keep detailed and organized records of client interactions, sales, and project information.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
