Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for creating the primary products sold by Clearwater Composites in this hands-on role. This position fills custom orders from hundreds of companies across every industry.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has the ability to learn and follow specific processes and instructions.
Manufacturing experience is a plus but is not required. We will train for all technical skills used in the position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
1.Cutting raw material into patterns
2.Laying up materials onto tooling and molds
3.Loading parts into and out of machines
4.Assembly and finishing work (cutting, sanding, bonding, etc.)

Qualifications:
Must be able to stand and/or walk for more than 95% of hours worked
Bending and reaching
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to safely operate machines

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
Schedule: Day shift, (4x 10 hr-shifts), Monday – Thursday between 5:00 am – 4:00 p.m.
Work Location: Onsite at Clearwater Composites on the outskirts of Duluth, MN.
