Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated and energetic Retail Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide the best Spectrum solutions, including internet, mobile, and bundled services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Promote and sell Spectrum products and services
- Educate customers on pricing, packages, and promotions
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of current offers and services
- Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-driven with a positive attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
