The Service Advisor is to execute every step of the JBC system accurately to ensure excellence in our guest experience. Service Advisors are the brand ambassador for the dealership and as such is the key to retention growth and high guest satisfaction and loyalty.
The Service Advisor is responsible for the following:
- Adhering to the Service Advisor JBC Process 100% of the time.
- Providing a great guest experience
- Building long lasting guest relationships
- Greeting guests and scheduling service appointments as needed
- Communicating with guests regarding their needs.
- Handling guest complaints and maintaining high guest satisfaction standards.
- Listening to requests of the guest and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
- Review metrics and train accordingly.
This position is accountable for the following KPI:
- 100% MPVI’s Sent and Reviewed with Customer
- 100% Mileage based services offered
- 100% Quote Sent to Guest
- 100% Walk around videos and photos on RO’s
- Ask customers to “Grade” them on their experience
This position must require the JBC Core Values of Honesty, Integrity, and Exemplary Customer Satisfaction.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
