Lillie’s Leaping Learners LLC is expanding our transportation provider network throughout Northwest Indiana, Chicago, and the surrounding suburbs.
We are seeking dependable drivers who are interested in recurring school, childcare, work, and family transportation routes. This opportunity is especially suited for individuals who value punctuality and are able to commit consistently to routes they accept.
Responsibilities
● Safely transport clients between approved pickup and drop-off locations.
● Arrive promptly for scheduled routes.
● Maintain communication regarding pickup, arrival, delays, or emergencies.
● Follow all confirmed route and family instructions.
● Maintain a safe, clean, and reliable vehicle.
● Complete accepted recurring routes consistently.
● Immediately communicate if an emergency prevents completion of an accepted route.
Qualifications
● Valid driver’s license.
● Reliable and legally registered vehicle.
● Current automobile insurance.
● Safe driving history.
● Dependable communication and punctuality.
● Comfortable completing recurring early-morning, school, afternoon, or work routes depending on availability.
● Must complete applicable screening and verification requirements before being assigned to families.
Experience with school transportation, rideshare, childcare transportation, senior transportation, delivery driving, professional driving, or similar work is a plus.
Schedule
Routes may include:
● Morning school transportation
● Afternoon school pickup
● Work transportation
● Recurring weekday routes
● Individual transportation requests
Drivers can indicate the areas, times, and routes they are willing to accept. Routes and hours are not guaranteed.
