We are looking for a part-time and full-time Weekend Fashion Curator and Retail Associate to join our vibrant team at Eres Boutique in Kirkland. Our Retail Associates are crucial to our business success and play a significant role in the company's growth.
AS A FASHION CURATOR & RETAIL ASSOCIATE, YOU WILL
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure every customer feels welcome and valued, creating an uplifting shopping experience.
- Engage with Customers: Assist with styling choices and answer questions with expertise, helping customers find pieces that reflect their personal style.
- Inventory Curation: Carefully select high-quality fashion items that align with our boutique's aesthetic and standards.
- Pricing: Use your knowledge of market trends, brand value, and item condition to set competitive prices.
- Attention to Detail: Show meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all items meet our quality standards.
- Designer and Brand Knowledge: Utilize your extensive knowledge of fashion brands and designers to authenticate and appraise items, especially designer bags.
- Material Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of different materials and their care requirements, which is crucial for curating and maintaining our inventory.
- Maintain and Grow Our Instagram Presence: Showcase our unique offerings and store events, engaging our community with compelling content and updates.
- Participate in Daily Store Operations: Maintain an organized and appealing shopping environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and aesthetic of the store.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Curate and select fashion items that align with our boutique's standards.
- Create engaging content and manage our social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Achieve sales goals and support team initiatives.
- Handle cash and perform transactions such as sales and returns.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for customer service and strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent personal style and the ability to come to work looking and feeling your best.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
- Previous retail experience in a high-volume, dynamic environment required.
- During the training period, employees will be expected to complete training shifts at our Seattle – Madrona and South Lake Union (SLU) locations to gain experience with our operations and brand standards before transitioning to the Kirkland store.
